IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards your full amount! That same deposit is valid towards one rescheduled appointment. For example, your original appt is 5/5/21 and you rescheduled for 5/25/21, you will not have to put down another deposit. If you try to reschedule again from 5/25/21 to 6/1/19, that deposit is now forfeited and you will be responsible for booking a new appt with a new deposit. Your deposit will be refunded should you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance

DO YOU SUPPLY HAIR?

Yes!! All box braid styles and most locs stlytes will include the hair in the price shown.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT SAYS 'No Times are available?'

If your desired date is not listed, that could mean one of two things: The day you've selected is already booked or you are trying to book too far in advance. Appointments can only be made three months in advance. Ex: If you want to book a future appointment today, 12/4/24, it will only allow you to book as far out as 3/4/25. If you want to book an appointment in June, you have to wait until March. Contact me directly for last minute, after hours or emergency services 602-334-6566. (A $50 fee will apply to last minute, after hours or emergency in appointments)


CAN YOU GRIP SHORT HAIR?

Hair must be 2 INCHES ALL AROUND for box braids!!; 3 INCHES ALL AROUND for french braids (not including shaved sides/undercuts). If you are not sure, or are experiencing hair loss of any kind, call or text for a consultation 602-334-6566.

DOES MY HAIR NEED TO BE WASHED?

Wash and blow dry is included with all natural styles. Add on for wash must be selected at the time of  booking for any other service.

CAN I COME TO MY APPOINTMENT EARLY?

Early arrival is welcome! Please let me know if you plan on being more than 10 minutes early.

ARE EXTRA GUESTS/KIDS ALLOWED?

No extra guests unless they’re getting services as well. This includes any other children you have. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment. Parents can stay with their child or drop them off and come back. If your child doesn't like to sit still, YOU MUST STAY WITH THEM!!

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS REALLY TENDER-HEADED?

If your child can not sit without me chasing them, constantly having to reposition them or having to contort my body to get the style done, I will immediately stop and that appointment will be canceled. I work pretty well with children, but it puts too much wear and tear on my body having to chase a child that simply isn't ready for certain styles.

*Deposits are made via PayPal or debit cards  only (no exceptions)! If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still log in as a guest to make the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid using any of the above.
